I rented an suv on August fourth and returned it on August the seventh. It has been over six weeks and I have contacted them on several occasions about my 250 dollar deposit.

First I was told they didn’t know what card to put it back on because I first had to pay 40 dollars for insurance on line that wasn’t enough coverage and I used a different card. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that you should put it back on the same card you took it off of..The second time they said it would be returned and the third time the same lie and she didn’t say thank you ,bye or anything, she just hung up the phone. That did it I call capital one fraud department and took action..

people, I would never never ever rent from these people again. Bad business Sad

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Wont return the deposit months later, U-save, That i am still waiting on 250 deposit.
