I placed my reservation online like a week in advance prior to my visit to L.A. with my good friend.

Unfortunately, when we had arrived to the rental place they did not have what I had ordered and was trying to give us an hideous van, eventually we were shuttled over to FOX Rent a Car. We were also informed that they would give us the difference in the rental prices once we send an email to customerservice@usaverac.com. I am still pending a status update or a response and this process has been going on for over 4 weeks now.

It is the principle and I have never written a bad review about any businesses that I have received services from, unfortunately U-Save do not believe in good customer service and this is unacceptable.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
