i rented a car in march and they put a 1700 dollar deposit on my bank of america card. i gave them all my insurance infor.

now its mid august and still wont release the deposit. been calling credit card every week and nothing resolved. going on for months. i did pay for the days i rented the car.

now getting late fees affecting my credit. so redious 5 months after car was returned. deposit still on card. what 1700 dollar hold.

i sent credit card all their paper work . car was parked and someone hit it while i was sleeping. my insurance paid the bill and sent all the paper work to credit card including my insurance and list of deductibles . and i have insurance on card too to cover the deductible plus my deductible is 500 not 1700.

so nothing should be owed. still being billed for something already paid already
