Its been five months that i haven't received my deposit back I have called many times and they said that someone will contact me but nothing i spend hours at the phone to get a no as a respond until nowadays i haven't received my deposit. this happened at Miami airport besides that they gave me a wrong information and a wrong email because they closed my case since they deposit my deposit a few weeks which it is not true its been very bad experience I hope you can read my review and do not rent a car from here you will have a terrible time.
very bad costumer service. even they hung the phone to you and the costumer representative doesn't give u her name
